Their secretary wrote us an email weeks before the appointment, confirming that it is my responsibility to decide if I want to proceed with the purchasing agreement without a translator. So since I already have experience with this act of purchase, and since I know the contract I was going to sign by heart, I decided to proceed without translator. Unfortunately on the day of the appointment the notary decided to stop the purchase agreement, unless I have a translator, in the end they found a translator and charged me way too much, including costs for the seller, costs for the extra time, and the bill was almost twice as much. Since they made an important mistake on their end by confirming something wrong, we could have at least share the extra costs!

Pas op met dit notariskantoor. Zij verbreken hun ambtsgeheim en zenden vertrouwelijke stukken naar advocaten van de tegenpartij. Zij geven gelegenheid deze advocaten vertrouwelijke stukken tegen je te gebruiken in juridische conflicten. De notarissen van dit kantoor zijn partijdig. Om de andere partij te helpen worden zelfs contracten anders uitgelegd dan weergegeven in het contract dat je ondertekend hebt. Laat niet je contracten opstellen bij dit notaris kantoor. Ze zijn goedkoop maar onbetrouwbaar.
Alles is gelukt na een paar hordes en slordigheden weggewerkt te hebben. Blijf vragen en opletten overal, niet alleen hier,...
Helaas een slechte ervaring. Geen tweede keer, mijn klacht afgedaan met sorry en excuses. Maar wel 100% van de rekening moeten betalen.
De dienstverlening door Lautenbach was uitstekend!
