My husband and I are looking to buy either an X5 or an X3. We came in today to look at them and experience both in person. The lady that saw us in (medium high curly hair) was great and personable. She had an appointment with another client so she asked her colleague to help us. She invited us to take a look and her colleague would join us shortly. The colleague came (medium height, blond with light eyes) and immediately our excitement went away. It felt like we were bothering him being there. Any question we asked was answered with a 2-3 words. No effort to gauge our preferences and help us make a choice. It felt like we needed to persuade him to sell us a car rather than the other way around. He offered no suggestions and asked us to look at the website and when we asked about two cars on the website that are expected to come he said “look at the website for info”. He had a blank stare at any question we asked. It is a very unfortunate experience and we will definitely not come back to this dealership. We left both irritated. We don’t recommend this dealer to any of our friends.

Beautiful cars, very high standards and friendly polite staff
The problem with most car dealers - and I am talking from experience - is that they don't understand that the person you're buying the car from is as important as the car you're buying. They are all working with these outdated stereotype prospect profiles, so when you don't fit in....bad luck....they will just ignore you. Especially those luxury brands where the salespeople have an attitude. - Their service recovery was good, so they earned an extra star for that.
I called about having low coolant and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was able to stop by and the technician filled my fluid and checked my car right away. Every staff member with whom I interacted was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.
