Getting a punctured wheel while travelling is what nobody is wishing for. But at this BMW / MINI store we were very comfortable while waiting for a few hours. The car got fixed the same day although they were very short staffed due to holidays. While waiting we had access to a confortable seating area, tea, coffee, fizzy drinks, water, fruits, portable phone chargers, toilets and magazines. Staff speak English and are very friendly. An annoying situation turned out to be a a comfortable one!
What can I say about such a fantastic BMW dealership. Good service.
