I bought a car for my son from here. I was having allot of issues getting it working initially. I reached out to monstercars and they responded and helped me via email and in the end we managed to fix the issue (which was caused by me not reading the instruction properly). Great service and my son is very happy with his car.

Excellent and very helpful (after) service!
Placed an order online and was upsold/recommended parts that werent useful for my model. Shortly following my purchase I tried calling them (waited in a one person queue for 30mins before I gave up) and also emailed them asking if I can change my order to a higher end model (more money for them). I received no response a week after my order was delivered and have just accepted the model I purchased. Would not recommend this company until they make some serious website and general customer service changes.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this shop unless you have no problems with the RC car. Had to pay the return cost (14 Germany to Netherland) myself, but should send the receipt for the return costs so that it will be refunded to me, that’s still not done, despite repeated requests. The Himoto RC car was defective after a 5 minute drive, the servo slipped (The car is normally good working and the drives perfect). As agreed by phone and by mail it should be repaired. It worked short again but after 10 minutes’ drive is now defective again. Unfortunately I have no desire to pay again 14 shipping :-( UPDATE 2018-02-12: After my entry I got the money refunded, I think my mail was somewhere in spam. For now I can say it's a shop you can trust but maybe they need to check there IT landscape ;-)

Met de bijna 1 jaar oude Himoto Bowie kregen we ineens problemen. Rook uit de snelheidsregelaar. Raad gevraagd bij Monstercars alwaar wij hem hadden gekocht. Op hun verzoek enkel filmpjes gezonden. Een nieuwe snelheidsregelaar en een nieuwe motor gratis ter vervanging gekregen. Prima. Wel door de Corona maatregelen alleen mail contact waardoor er best wat tijd overheen ging voor dat de gehele klacht verholpen was. Uiteindelijk dik tevreden
