I just bought my third laser from \Lasergraaf\ Replaced my first laser for a upgraded \Iris\ and recently bought this configuration again. Why? Well the \Iris\ is a solid, very precise and durable machine. For my business I not need to worry about the laser and if something isn't working well (rarely) they help me out within 48 hours. I rate the machines, the support and business attitude of \Lasergraaf\ with five big, fat stars!!!!!
