In my order, vegetarian only choices, this evening one of the dishes had a chunk of chicken in it. All my choices were vegetarian and I had added a note stating this. This customer service is totally unacceptable. I phoned to complain and barely got an apology. I received a replacement but no accompanying extra by way of an apology. Clearly there is cross contamination in this kitchen. There is no contact form on their web site so I have been unable to complain again directly. The delay and the ‘find’ totally ruined my dinner experience. The food was cold to begin with so the extras delays made things worse. I will not be a returning customer.
