I needed to get two tests as I was travelling for business purposes between the UK, The Netherlands and Belgium and I booked into the Alphen aan den Rijn centre. My plans changed changed a few times and the guys in the head office were really friendly, helpful and flexible in helping me change my appointments without any problems. The test centre was efficient and I received my test results by the end of the day as promised (my test was in the morning). I would definitely recommend their services.
