In the heart of the city Hilversum, awesome space and view! The ambiance of the restaurant was amazing. It used to be beer brewing company. I liked the concept of stalls of different cusines. And at last amazing food , delicious. Budget price with super service. Thanks

Great selection of different kinds of foods from several kitchens - great (local) beers, can highly recommend the “Gooische Bubbel” - place can get crowded, but offers both a large outdoor as well as indoor seating. Definitely a place to visit if you happen to be in Hilversum
Good food, beers are nice but not great. Service was very quick, which is unusual for a Dutch restaurant. Setting is nice with a nice atmosphere. Too bad we got paper plates and plastic cutlery, that felt cheap. The music choice is limited to old pop, and very random. Will definitely return here, despite the music and plastic plates and cutlery.
The perfect place to go if you can't decide on what kind of food you want; it has everything. There are little individual kitchens where you can order from all different menus and they will bring it to the table when it's ready. Waiters are also walking around to take drink orders, all very friendly staff. The interior is very aesthetically pleasing. It can get busy around 6pm and they don't take reservations so make sure to get there in time!
We went here on a day off from work. Did a long lunch, with tasty beers, and everyone chose different bites. It is a great spot, nice atmosphere, service at the table, so you don't necessarily have to leave your table to order food, which makes it a great way to catch up with friends and you don't have to hassle with everyone leaving the table, people staying behind etc.. Busy spot, but not too crowded. Background music is perfect. They brew their own beers, so definitely taste one, they also show which beers and wines go with some dishes. Very nice spot to hang out.
Good place to have a drink, have lunch, or hang out at the evening and just enjoy different kinds of food while having some time with friends. The food is of good quality and staff is friendly.
All kinds of different kitchens from sushi to burgers with a food court in the centre and lovely terrace to enjoy the delicious meals with a beer they brew right there in their own brewery My favourite bite is the Phily Cheese Steak
