I went there at 0900 in the morning. Waiting line is not long (I was waiting for 5 minutes) and the staff is friendly. This apotheek is big (compared to a few that I went before) and I have nothing to complain.

I do not recommend this apotheek. Waiting times are always more than half hour and the staff is not flexible to solve the huge queues issue. Even if the queues are huge, staff just remains busy with other work and nobody would be at the counter. This apotheek should be closed.

Doesn't deserve even a star.

Very bad experierence with this apotheek and I am already with them for last 3 years. The waiting time is always more than 30 minutes. Yesterday, i went to pick up a dr prescription for my son's ar infection and there was not a single counter which was working. There was a huge queue of people and everyone was compalining. The apotheek staff was present but they were more interested in cleaning or doing something else and nobody was attending to the people. After waiting for 30 minutes, I came back as my son couldnt sit anymore. I am looking for a new apotheek to pick up medicines.

They don't fill prescriptions in a timely manner. After getting a notification from a doctor it takes one week before the apotheek messages that the prescription is ready. There are never enough people at the register during busy hours (after most people get off work) I have often times waited 45 minutes to an hour to pick up a prescription. The staff is often slow, distracted, and instead of helping people present, seem to prefer to do other inconsequential tasks such as organizing displays. Pharmacy has an inefficient layout. There is no privacy for discussion so all patrons are privy to your personal details. Overall the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of attending.
