Truus is that rare blend of firm, yet kind. Just what I needed as I prepared for the birth of our son and what most people probably appreciate as they approach labour. I had taken a hynobirthing course before this one and taking Truus’ class was for me the right combination of information. Truus is straightforward about the realities of birth and at the same time highly encouraging of everyone in the class - that every one of the women taking her courses can do this. Her support felt motherly, unwavering in her belief in our bodies and birthing abilities, something that rubs off... We took Truus’ course online and it suited us well - it was convenient with our work schedules and her clear communication style meant we felt we learned as much online as we would have in class.

This pregnancy preparation course was very useful, explained the dutch birthing system perfectly and empowered us as first time parents. We highly recommend this course to all parents to be. It was very informative but also a lot of fun. We could use everything that we learned for our water birth at home. Everything worked out fine and we had a very nice birth experience. Thanks so much. My husband and I attended the 5-week course. We highly recommend it. It was best decision we made in preparing for our first baby. Truus is very generous with help and information. Her class is informative and enjoyable. She’s an expert in the field who knows what she’s talking about. We feel more prepared, empowered, and relaxed. Thank you, Truus! We also like that we were able to meet wonderful parents-to-be in the class. We get to talk and share information even after the course.
