I have very same experience with this practice as reported by other user. Made an appointment and told the assistant that I am unhappy with my current practice. She said that it is no problem. Waited for 25 minutes to speak to the Dr who said she can not take patient of her colleague. I was very upset and told her to inform her assistant about these rules. I am living within 5 minute drive but she made excuse that it is too far for her to accept patients.

very bad. I tried to make an appointment with them. which is only 5 minutes driving from my house. firstly they can make an appointment but they mentioned that they don't accept me. and that is the rule in Netherland you have to choose the patient nearest you. There is no this rule and I have no idea why lie to me.
