If you want your kitchen to be perfect, well measured and for people to be honest with you I recommend coming here. You will not find a better location. Neat, orderly, well communicated and beautiful design. They take care of you here, the whole team. Ask for Astrid her kitchen drawings are winning.

Very poor design, they suggest the design based on what they can sell to you but not what you want or not based on your wishes. Prices are completely not reliable. In one hour, they have come down the price of a design from 65.000 to 40.000 when I said I am not buying.

***Warning*** Do not buy a kitchen from this company.. A warning to potential kitchen buyers. Keukenmaxx will offer you a very flashy experience when you purchase a kitchen - friendly staff, refreshments, free gifts with purchase, but beware, this is where the service ends. We purchased what we thought was a \premium\ 30k EUR kitchen from Keukenmaxx, and we expected a premium service. Our \premium\ kitchen arrived with significant damage to one of the units and two doors, a worktop that was fitted incorrectly, and in a material we did not order. The worktop looks very very cheap, and after putting a cardboard box on it, it has already scratched in several places. We were told it was a premium material and good substitute for marble. It is nothing of the sort. It feels like a wood covered in plastic. Since making a complaint we have been completely ignored by both the Keukenmaxx customer service and the branch where we bought it, despite being promised on several occasions that we would be contacted. All of the staff we've spoken to have taken zero ownership of the problems and we have yet to receive an apology for not getting what we ordered. We're now planning to take our complaint to the Dutch Foundation for Consumer Complaints Boards as a result of our experience. I would strongly advise against ordering your kitchen from this company.

HORRIBLE experience, they made a mistake in how the kitchen hood should be placed and now it makes a lot of noise when turned on. We are one year later and they still do not take responsibility for their mistake. They have sent various people to look at it and they all agree it was placed wrong, however no action taken so far. DO NOT go here, worst customer service I have ever experienced.
