Varying experiences. Very low number of choices at some hours of the day (because cake is delivered externally or made fresh),. staff was preoccupied and unfriendly one day, but very helpful another day. On the plus side - you can always order online, and the cake is always tasty. If they served ice cream aside just cake and chocolate - I suspect they'd earn a lot more during the summer months.

They will lie to you over the phone that whatever cake you want they have in stock, and that they will save it for you. But, when you get to the store they will tell you they were too busy when you called so they just lied to you so you will come anyway, and actually they dont have what you want! Great reliable service! NOT

A Very cozy place for a piece of Cake and a Cup of Coffee. Very good ambience and friendly staffs with a wife variety of cakes, pie and tarts. You will also get good chocolates from here. Nice place to order cakes for birthday parties or other occasions. Highly recommended.

We ordered three pastelles at Friday and collected the pastelles the past Sunday. But they forget to put the name from my daughter. She was really sad. When I went back the personal was really rude and racist. Very disappointed. The man bearded was very disrespectful. Not go again

Very gross. They pick up pie with bare dirty hands (not washed) and forget to put name on my niece her pie. They are also rude and racist. They make promise but not live up to it.
