Went there to buy an Yamaha R6 with just 9k KM, last month. Not sure I should have said I was from Brazil.... they may don't like foreign people, so be aware if you are not Dutch!!!! Didn't like the attention received. Had to wait almost or even more than 1 hour. And this, that the seller knew I was going there to buy the bike. No service book, no tools at the bike, and nothing mentioned at their listing. Do not recommend. If you have a chance to buy the bike you want in another place, do it.... Stay away from this team there.... Not sure, maybe if you are Dutch you might be better welcome... Don't know... The seller knew I was there to buy the bike. I arrived, started talking and making questions about the bike. Noticed he was not enjoying my questions... Went for a test drive and when I was back to close the deal, he was with another customer and made me wait more than ONE HOUR!!! Believe... and last frustration when I was leaving... Asked for the tool to adjust suspension and service book... No there is nothing!!! Sorry. Bye!!!! Give his back and left me at the back of the store. Really guys... just bought the bike at this place because was the one I wanted... But no intention to back there never, ever again... There was a bald that was nice... not sure, but guess I would have had a better customer purchase experience with him.... don't know.... mainly because i wont get back there ;-) Trust me..... you are just a number for them, not a customer.....

Very nice, neat and orderly company with plenty of options and space. Their personnel is helpful and nice! They take good time to go through the important aspects to fit you with a right product! They ask good questions, suggest other similar options and give good advice
I bought a budget bike in this shop. when they realized that I was looking for a budget bike they didn't even told me \how are you\. They just said go and look at it in the backyard. It took couple of days to put the motorbike on my name since I don't have a dutch ID and they did not told me which documents I needed: at the end I went to the RDW for 3 times. The guy at the selling department was nice, he told that they would gave a look at the bike: oil levels, etc etc. When I got the bike I realized that I was going really slow (no more than 110km/h) because ... one spark plug was not connected. This is crazy! no shop should allow something like this happening. In the workshop they were not even able to tell me what to do on the motorbike, like if I have to change the oil, which oil, how many lubrication points the bike has, nothing, completely not useful. I would never bring my motorbike there for a check up. Really bad experience.
