Good seating but no ambiance in the foyer where tickets are sold by.the same kids selling popcorn in the intermission.
Nice, modern cinema with plenty of parking space and good snack options.
Nice cinema but no Dolby
Wolff Huizen or Kinepolis - it's not clear - is the multiplex in Huizen. It used to be state of the art, modern and then the FilmTheater and Vue opened in Hilversum and the deficiencies of the Wolff became increasingly apparent. The development where the Cinema is located is modern by the standards of most other countries, and it's a great multi use building - restaurant, bowling alley, library, but it feels like the Wolff has not moved on with the times. Frankly, the seats are uncomfortable. I was at a movie just a shade over 2 hours and found it increasingly difficult to sit comfortably in my seat after the first hour. And the entrance hall is simply chaotic. I'd bought my tickets in advance so did not have to find the ticket desk. I hear dat least 10 people asking where they could buy tickets among the morass of people buying popcorn and drinks before the show. The sound systems is acceptable inside the cinema itself. It's not Dolby but it's good enough. Am I running back to Wolff Huizen? No, not in preference to a movie \\i can find in Hilversum. Perhaps the lack of real competition in Huizen means that this cinema survives well on the captive audience. Fortunately, I have a choice.
Decent cinema.
