The BEST!!! Paul van der Kley has a lot of patience, he listen to you, gives you advice and keeps you comfortable the whole treatment, a huge plus is that he is super skilled!!! He did a great job and I am absolutely super happy with my results! Beautiful well treated theeth! A Hollywood smile !!

I'll start off by saying that the practitioners at Mondzorg Huizen are excellent. Truly top notch. This is why it saddens me to assign the lowest possible score. The reason for this is, Mondzorg Huizen has the administration team from hell. Their actions can't be seen as anything short of vindictive. There was an outstanding bill. My father had a stroke, and I was busy taking care of all the loose ends that left for my mother and myself. 12 days later, I paid the bill. I'll preface the following by saying that I've paid bills late in the Netherlands before. Never once have I had a problem just so long as the bill got paid. This is not the case with the administration at Mondzorg Huizen. They had sent the bill to a bill collector, and therefore insisted I pay the exact amount of the bill AGAIN. I refused and I'm now awaiting a court date as I refuse to comply. Just last month, my mother had a root canal scheduled at Mondzorg Huizen, 3 months prior. She traveled to the building from where she lives in Naarden, only to get turned down because the administration team neglected to send a \proposal\ for how much it would cost. My mother rightly stated that the longer the infection is in her mouth, the more damage would be done. The administration team and Mondzorg Huizen was very stern and unapologetic about their mistake, and told my mother that they would give her the next cancellation, without another set date for her. 2 weeks later, they have still not sent the proposal. While again, they have top notch practitioners, AVOID MONDZORG HUIZEN!! The cruel, unrelenting administration and the hell they will happily put you through just isn't worth it

Ik vind de benadering erg commercieel! Ik heb nog nooit zoveel betaald voor alleen reinigen en controle. 140 euro!! Omdat er ineens ook uitleg preventief over van alles en nog wat werd gegeven terwijl ik dat helemaal niet wilde en ook niet nodig heb. Bij mijn eerdere tandarts die ik al jaren had (ging helaas met pensioen) betaalde ik voor het reinigen en controle zo'n 45 euro en was er ook geen onnodige poespas. Ik heb nooit ergens last van en mijn tanden zijn in goede staat, ik ga al jaren maar eenmaal per jaar naar de tandarts alleen voor controle en hier werd er constant gepusht op 2 x per jaar en allerlei extra's waar ik helemaal niet om gevraagd heb en ook totaal niet op zit te wachten. De behandeling zal technisch prima zijn uitgevoerd maar ik vind het niet prettig dat je portemonnee onnodig leeg getrokken wordt en je ongevraagd van alles opgedrongen wordt. Ik ga dan ook snel weer op zoek naar een minder commerciële tandartspraktijk die gewoon alleen doet wat nodig is.

Ik kwam bij Mondzorg Huizen voor een voortand waar ik 4 jaar geleden op gevallen ben. Voorheen bij andere tandartsen nooit gehoor gekregen. Hierdoor liep ik een lange tijd rond met een tand die niet goed bij de rest paste. Bij Paul (Mondzorg Huizen) gelijk een fijne intake gehad, waarbij we hebben gesproken over de mogelijke oplossingen. Vandaag voorzien van een prachtige facing en helemaal tevreden. Iedere medewerker is erg vriendelijk.
