we made our booking and we paid the full amount. corona happend, we couldn’t record anymore at the studio we asked a refund, they accepted to refund but only after taking 33% as a cancellation fee. When they returned the money I figured out they took more than 33% as cancellation fee, I contacted them explaining and their answer was “ that’s what my calculator say, that’s the end of it” and never replied to my email or calls. That was my personal experience with this company, I hope that they will improve their service in the future
