Many of my work colleagues raved on in how ING had great customer service. I went in Monday and they told me to only bring in my passport, Id and BSN number but nothing about my actually BSN number paper. It was 3:30 on Saturday when I arrived and they said they couldn't wait for me to run home (literally 3 mins away). They told me to come in on the weekday. Can't say I'm impressed with their customer service.
I went to register my mobile number at this branch - they registered the wrong number. I had to call the customer care number twice and I had to go back to the branch to register the correct number. The first time I went, the service was poor. The second time I went, it was much better. So, I revised my score from a one star to a three star - as an overall score.
Worst service ever, rude and upolite people they should not work in a bank. I have account in different banks all over the world this is my worse experience as customer care service and people at the counter are always nervous with an attitude
Avoid! I have been 10-12 times to this location and every. single. time. I get wrong information by the personnel. Without exception. If it wasn’t so annoying and time-consuming, it would be funny. They confidently tell you something and it’s blatantly wrong. Every time. Train your staff properly! I opened a business account there 1.5 years ago and it’s been nothing but a struggle. I would avoid ING altogether. My experience with Rabobank has been nothing but great in comparison.
