Accidentally I got 2 boxes in 2 different colours (chest of drawers). While calling the shop, I was offered to get it the same afternoon. One of the employees brought the correct piece personally. This was the very first time by any shop, to solve it in such a friendly and prompt way. Recommended !
Nice catalog, staff is very kind and helpfull. The only downside is that with certain products that you buy, you have to pick them up at the backside of the store, which was a bit confussing to find.
Our wardrobe doors were not made correctly and did not fit. We were told that we couldn't get new ones delivered, as we picked them up from the store ourselves. But given that we don't have a vehicle (had to rent one), Jysk helped us out by delivering the correct doors to our house. Thanks :)
Cheap, semi-decent, somewhat similar to Ikea but a lot smaller. If you need something quick, get it here, but risk missing a few bolts or screws. If you need something to last, get it at ikea, and risk getting too many bolts or screws. Funny that.
