Literally the worst customer service. I'm trying to get an item that is only available on the shop, so it's impossible to order online. I call, they tell me to come by. When I get there the woman is way too busy to help me because she has so many customers on the phone. Isn't a customer in person better than on the phone? Anyway, clearly they are so busy they don't need my business.
