Memorable outing in a Rental Boat On 11th May 2019, our group of six adults and two children travelled from Amsterdam to Kaag Island, a drive of about 45 minutes. We took the ferry on to the island and drove over to the offices of the Hoogenboom Kaag. Here we collected the motor boat we had reserved for the day. The boat ride to Leyden and back, enjoying the sight of farms, windmills and the antics of other boat riders kept us entertained and we did not feel the time pass-by. The children enjoyed piloting the boat too. We had a snack and tea at Leyden. All of us enjoyed ducking our heads when passing below low bridges on the way. The boat was comfortable, and the staff helped us to board the boat as well as anchoring it on our return. It was a memorable day.

Yeah, the boats are great, but its more about the sailing right? If you can sail well, I'm sure you'll have a great time.
Good service and friendly people. A good place to rent a valk. During cold days the sanitation is heated which is nice.
