The whole country should follow the service style from this store Bought a wrong product online, due to misleading information on the site. Called the online customer service, waiting for hours, then got an agreement on the return term, but no further emails following up after that call despite I emailed back with all the requested info. Wait for 3 days, called again, chat with a lady who was arguing with me that she disagreed with her colleague. Long story short, I came to this store, explained the whole situation. A kind gentleman offered to pick up the giant piece of shower wall from my place and refund it with a smile. He made my day, thank you very much. I will come back here only again and again.
