The store is a bit pricier than most similar stores in the area, although I really like their products. However, they apparently don’t have a real store anymore, only pick up. When I came to ask for tips they had me waiting outside for almost an hour. They ignored my requests for tips about the project and asked me to make an order online, and that it would be ready in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I called, and they said they’d do it right away. I received the order after total 55 minutes of waiting, with no discount or excuses, super arrogant staff and no answers to my questions regarding project. Definitely not shopping there again.

I ordered some parts, which were send pretty quickly to my home. Though they weren't exactly cheap, the items are reliable. So far so good. Only when I tried to contact the business, they promptly ignored my mail. Only after a follow-up mail I got a reply within a day, to which I replied again. Again, no response. They sell great stuff, but the support is trash.
