I'd successfully ordered kratom from this website over 6 times. The last time (5 days ago) though they didn't send me what I ordered, meaning Kratom Green Malay, but rather a product I have no idea about called Moringa Tea. Once I contacted them they did not apologize nor took any responsibility for their mistake. They told me that this tea is actually kratom green malay and that they had to ship it under another name because this time I've ordered from Italy, claiming that the country has stricter rules. This is a lie because only one month ago I received a package of kratom green malay in capsules precisely at the same address in Italy. Now I have this powder, I don't know what it is and, even if it was kratom green malay, I still have a problem. I normally order it in capsules because I cannot take it any other way since I found the taste absolutely disgusting. They didn't even have the courtesy to apologize and at least ship some capsules so I could do them myself. They didn't even offer a partial refund for their mistake. This is the last time I buy something from those lying arrogant bstrds who don't even take responsibility for their own mistakes, nor give a damn about making up for them with their returning clients.

highest quality kratom I have had. their green malay and white Sumatra are top notch. plus the fast delivery is a god sent when you need it your kratom delivered quickly, especially before a long work trip.

I've had problems with the handling of minor situations such as payment issues and, most importantly, their poor costumer service regarding matters related to the products themselves. The worst that happened in my experience ordering from kraatje for over 1year was that I had a concern about heart palpitations as side effect of kratom, so I emailed asking for advice and was ignored not once but 3 times. Eventually told them they were being inconsiderate which granted me an extremely rude reply. (Also, they don't let bad reviews on their website, I posted this there and it disappeared.) Edit: (responding to you message) I'd have understood if you told me to seek medical advice, the point is you never even replied. In fact, in 1 of my emails I ask if you suggest I see a doctor! No reply at all and when I pointed that out you were rude and petty.

This company are insanely efficient and innovative with their delivery methods. I was really sceptical and suspicious at first having been almost conned a few times by different companies and also needing it to be very discreet. They kept me updated every step of the process and my package was delivered 2 days after I ordered, ingeniously packaged. I ordered from them after seeing the reviews and I was not disappointed. Won't shop with anyone else from now on. Product was more than satisfactory and the second time I ordered from them, I received an email offering a discount with my next purchase. This is how you run a company in my opinion :)
