Great beds and a company that is willing to 'go the extra mile', to perform custom modifications if asked, but also for service! Never been to the actual factory, but will recommend them anytime: We queried for some spare parts, hoping they could help us, but, whether or not they could I would definitely consider buying from them again. recommended! Considering the facts that the beds we bought are several years old AND it was in the middle of Xmas holiday, I still got a prompt and courteous reply to my question, even thought the company was closed. We only bought the physical beds, so can't comment on mattresses from them. Update: Just now received the spare parts, brought right to my front-door by an employee from Kuperus (Thank you Frank!). This is great service and other companies should try giving great service to customers and take this as an example. Most dutch companies have become VERY complacent about how they treat customers for both sales and after-sales. We, the customers have meekly learned to accept this bad level of service over the years and let those companies get away with bad service. I will not give money to companies that provide bad service, allowing them to continue this bad behavior. I will also place a review detailing bad service. On the other hand I WILL come back to companies that DO provide great service, not only during sales, but also after-sales. Likewise, I will also publish that: Kuperus Beds is clearly a company of the last category! Well done and thanks again! Just wish more and more people stop acting like sheep and accept bad service and only goto shops that do provide service...

Prachtige bedden maar helaas bij lange na niet de kwaliteit die ze zeggen te hebben en je mag verwachten van z'n hoge prijsklasse. Ook de service is ver beneden pijl. Wettelijk gezien heb ik geen recht op garantie omdat de winkel waar ze gekocht zijn failliet is. Kuperus beroept zich hierop. Jammer dat ze niet instaan voor hun product en een klacht na tevredenheid oplossen. Binnen 1 jaar was de top matras slecht. Ze gaven toe dat ze kwaliteit problemen hadden echter kregen we geen nieuwe. Na 5 jaar vonden we dat de matrassen wel erg zacht werden. Het aanbod van Kuperus was 15% korting op een nieuwe toplaag en matrassen. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van dit alles en ergens anders een toplaag en matrassen gekocht.
