Rip off artists- I booked my 4 year old range rover in for a service and APK. Service was completed but I was informed it had failed the APK due to the rear seatbelts not working properly and needed to be changed cost of seat belts 600 euros plus fitting costs. They would need to be ordered so best if I could leave my car with them for a few days. I refused as I couldnt believe the seat belts had failed on a 4 year old range rover so paid for the service and picked up my car that evening. Went home and could find nothing wrong with the seat belts.Then drove back to the garage most people had left as it was nearly 6pm on Friday evening. Spoke to an employee who walked with me to the car. He also could find no fault. He called a mechanic who also could find no fault. But due to the time they couldnt offer me a solution and asked me to bring my car back in Monday. I decided that I would like a second opinion so took my car instead on Monday to an independent APK station and advised them that it had failed last friday due to supposedly a problem with the rear seat belts It passed APK no problem. The seat belts were not defective! Adventure Den Bosch would have charged me 1000 euros to repair a problem that they made up. I have always used main dealers on the assumption they could be trusted and take the best care of my car. Needless to say I will not return to the adventure den bosch and will always have the opinion that they are rip off artists ....be warned

Ik vroeg aan de SERVICEmanager via de mail of ze mij niet eerder dan eind maart kunnen helpen. Ik citeer zijn reactie: Er valt hier altijd wel iets te regelen, maar qua tijd kan ik niets, het is vol….. ik kan geen tijd bij maken…

echt toppie deze garage. had een lekke band maar niet de juiste wielbouten. dus daar sta je dan. maar alle lof voor deze garage. de medewerkers hebben echt hun best gedaan om mij weer op weg te helpen. bedankt jongens
