A truly perfect evening! The dishes were thoughtfully and with foresight prepared and served with one complimenting the next. The accompanying wine and cocktail pairings bringing each course to light. Every course was a delight with a certain element of surprise to be found in every dish, something cheeky or unexpected which really led to a 'wow' moment. With all that being said, this evening would have been nothing without the fantastic and expert service. The wines, cocktails and finally Cognac which were recommended by the sommelier and server, and their accompanying tasting notes and background, truly made our evening. Without pretension or pretense, we were allowed to enjoy our meals as we wished. The belief that a Michelin star means an enjoyment and celebration of food is to be found here.

My wife and I went for our anniversary and had an amazing experience. We chose the Eindeloos and Royal 5-course menus with wine selection. The waitress and wine expert were both graduates of Stenden, very knowledgeable, friendly and real experts on the food and wine pairings. The wine expert (sommelier) was young but had deep knowledge of the wines and pairings and was a pleasure to speak with. The dishes were incredible, interesting but delicious pairings, and everything was cooked perfectly. The tartar, steak and especially the Sweetbread were very memorable. One of our best meals, highly recommend!

One of the top ten meals of my life! Perfect wine pairings. Non-pretenious atmosphere gives an at-home feeling. // Beautifully prepared local ingredients, making dull vegetables like beets and celery into extraordinary dishes. We took the half glass arrangement since we were driving, a thoughtful offering by Eindeloos!
