The shop assistants are not friendly, asking questions is too much, and customers hardly get a genuine smile. As a customer I did not feel welcome. Otherwise the shop itself is fine.

As a seller I experienced quite an unfriendly attitude, judgmental treatment and unpleasant condemning inconsistent comments made with a specific vicious tone towards the items I brought. The workers of the store are behaving very arrogantly and lack hospitality. I felt as if I brought my used clothes to sell in Bijenkorf, not in a second hand store.
