Daarom fixen we zo snel mogelijk jouw probleem.\n\nIn december 1991 richtte MicroFix haar eerste winkel met een werkplaats in Leiden op. Particulieren en bedrijven konden hier terecht voor al hun IT-problemen. De vraag groeide dusdanig, dat MicroFix na een aantal jaar een extra winkels in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost en amsterdam West opende.\n\nSinds die tijd groeide MicroFix uit tot een van de topbedrijven in Nederland op het gebied van reparatie en onderhoud van IT-apparatuur. En dat allemaal dankzij de kennis, ervaring en mogelijkheden die MicroFix in huis heeft. Inmiddels werken er ruim 90 gespecialiseerde medewerkers om jouw probleem zo snel mogelijk te fixen.\n\nWe laten onze medewerkers trainen en certificeren door de merken waarvoor we werken. Zo is MicroFix de grootste serviceprovider van Nederland geworden. We vinden kwaliteit en goede, snelle service belangrijk. Daarom staan we altijd voor je klaar, hebben we een spoedservice en zijn we ISO 9001 gecertificeerd. \n,Microfix bestaat sinds 1991. Dit jaar repareren we PRECIES 30 JAAR computers, printers, en smartphones. Ook zijn we dit jaar, 10 JAAR APPLE erkend service provider. De 5 oprichters zijn nog steeds als werknemer of aandeelhouder bij Microfix betrokken. Dus veel ervaring aanwezig. In 30 jaar zagen we veel reparatiebedrijven komen en gaan . Maar Microfix groeide rustig door. Met een hoofdkantoor in Leiden, twee vestigingen in Amsterdam en in februari 2021 één in Den Haag komen we steeds dichter bij onze klanten en bieden we voor iPhones ook “klaar terwijl je wacht” service. Microfix heeft een buitendienst met technici die in heel Nederland reparatiebezoeken afleggen. Wij werken graag samen met fabrikanten zoals Apple, Lenovo en vele anderen. Fabrikanten trainen en certificeren ons en onze medewerkers. Zo kunnen we ook garantie geven voor de merken waar we mee werken.

I really do not recommend this company! I have bring my MacBook Pro for reparation and for an estimated (to check what is wrong with the computer )they charged me 60. microfix want .2500 to repair my MacBook. I have take my MacBook to Apple and the estimated was for free. Apple charge for the reparation 1.000 cheaper than Microfix. How can be possible that microfix want to charge me 1.000 more expensive than Apple?

I brought my MacBook Pro for repair because it was crashing. I also brought two chargers so that the technicians could check whether the crashes are because of the chargers. After a week I was told that one charger is faulty and should be replaced. I agreed, paid 108 EUR and took back my laptop. Unfortunately the crashes persisted and I had to bring the laptop back for repair. This time they told me the problem is with the SSD drive and the cost of repair is 1000 EUR. I decided to decline and replace the SSD myself. I also asked to get my charger back and get reimbursed for the new charger because it was not the source of the problem. The company declined. I tried to speak with the manager twice but they were not there at the time and did not phone me back. So overall I spent almost a month without my computer, I paid 108 EUR for an unnecessary new charger, and I physically went to the company's offices 4 times (including one time to pick up my laptop after they said it was ready only to find out that it's still open and I cannot pick it up until the next day). This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in recent years. Edit: Repair ticket number 1181932

DONT TRUST THEM. I sent my computer to Microfix, they LOST my device, and haven’t compensated me for the loss. It’s been 2 MONTHS and they haven’t solved anything.

DON’T GO HERE! Dishonest store. Went to this store because my Macbook Pro did not start anymore. When they checked what was wrong they told me my laptop AND my charger where broken. I was planning on buying a new Macbook Air and was doing research one which one to get. Before buying a new laptop I checked one more time with the charger of a friend; what turns out? Laptop is completely fine and I only need a new charger!! Got myself a new charger and everything is solved. I feel cheated.
