Amazing concept. Have been ordering this meals since ages and literally faced issues regarding shipment once. Although, the parcel service failed in this my food was still frozen after waiting for 4 days. The food itself is tasty and easy in use. Would highly recommend this prepped meal food service!

Very tasty and healthy food and quite efficient delivery! A lot of different options to select, but I would recommend to add even more or rotate them more often :)

It tastes nice and is easy, which is most important. -Packaging could be more eco-friendly, which is room for improvement.
I started as 3 weeks diet plan before my holiday. It helped me reduce 6 kgs in 3 weeks and it was tasty as well. And now 5 months has been passed and I still keep using their meal services. As its affordable,helping me to keep track of what I ate and maintain or even help me to lose my weight.

Ik heb al verschillende keren fitness meals besteld via verschillende websites. Smart meals is veruit de beste van ze allemaal. Echt vers, de kip is super lekker zacht. De kruiden zijn niet fel. De potjes zijn kwalitatief. Als je ze opwarmt dan blijft er geen vocht/water in de potjes over (!). Zeker een aanrader.
