Excellent store with a big collection of watches in different models and price ranges. Staff is really service minded and take their time to advise when looking for a watch. They also perform repairs, change bands or batteries. This is by far my favorite watch store and during the sale you can get a great discount on selected models.
Went in this afternoon with a watch strap that needed to be fitted to my watch. I had been to other shops who refused to do the job because I had not "bought" the strap from them. The people here were so friendly and helpful and told me to come back in 20 minutes. I returned 20 minutes later, the job was done and they charged me 5 euros. they were quick and service minded (not something you find too often in The Netherlands). I would really recommend this shop for repairs or new watches.
Excellent store and watch services. Personnel is knowledgeable unlike many other places. If you need to service your watch or change a battery while retaining waterproofing or waterresistance this is the place.
I was there for replacing the batteries of two watches and repairing the glass of another watch. The service was fast and the final price was 56.
Vriendelijke mensen. Echter, in 2018 kostte een nieuwe batterij 8 en in 2021 15. Een prijsverhoging bij hetzelfde horloge van \u003e85% in 2,5 jaar wordt uitgelegd als ... misschien was het meer werk. Of komt dit door de forse huurverhoging aan het nieuwe luxe winkelcentrum Westfield of wellicht meer personeel?
Groot assortiment lage prijzen geweldige service door vriendelijk personeel, eigen snelle reparatie afdeling ook voor horloges die niet zijn gekocht bij hun, verbaas u over de lage prijs in vergelijking met andere horloge winkels. TOP winkel net naast de C&A ondanks de grote verbouwing van winkelcentrum Leidschenhage goed bereikbaar
