Manager of a store at the city centre showed no interpersonal skills and no iterest to provide any customer service to their loyal customer. I've always had the best shopping experience in their store and compliments to young, blonde saleswoman. But the first time I wanted to exchange something what I bought for another size, manager simply said no and walked away. I had a bill and all labels were still attached but I missed the15 days policy.i came after 30 days. I would understand the attitude of the manager if I've asked money back but I got very upset because I just wanted different size (which they had in the store). Now I ended up without 90 EUR and with too small item . Just before I walked out, i told them it's my last time coming to Livera . They do not deserve loyal customers . Oh, I forgot to mention that I even wanted to buy an extra bra while waiting my turn at register.... sad and very disappointing ...
