I just visited LV again today, but now I went to rotterdam instead of amsterdam. I get the best service from Sabrina, very sweet and very friendly SA. She is very accomodating. She helped me with my concerns and gives me advice for a better care for my bags and accessories. I am very happy and satisfied again with my experience in LV.

The most terrible experience in LV store EVER. Well. I don’t make an appointment. So this is the reason your employee told me to leave? Please. there are only 2 people in front of me. It’s not busy at all. I will not go there for sure. Btw, Thanks for saving my money today.

Very lovely lady which I believe is their store manager. Usually not very positive about the behavior of LV staff in other stores. This Asian lady was very kind and helpful. Thank you for the advice. My wife likes the bag!
