I have a bike bought from a different shop. Months ago, I had to fix a flat tyre, so I first went to the shop where I purchased it from. Two days later, the tyre ran out of air again. So I took it to Aon de Stasie and I got it fixed. The employee refused to charge me, saying it was under warranty. I made clear that the bike was not from his company, but he still wouldn't accept any payment. And, what is even better, he acted as if this kindness wasn't a big deal. So it will be my go-to shop for anything bike-related in Maastricht. I don't know the name of the silver-haired gentleman who assisted me that day, but thanks again, excellent service!

Poor quality. Bought a second hand bike from someone who got it from here. The bike was supplied to the original owner via their professional work contract as a company benefit. Following my purchase of it, the bike was taken apart for inspection. many short cuts were taken in the assembly of this bike from this store. It was clear this store understood the original owner knew nothing of bikes and took advantage. I feel the need to post a review as the bike was not safe to drive. Try any another local bike store in Maastricht, don’t trust this place.

Very disappointing experience. Horrible service. I lost my money, energy and patience at that place. Better watch a YouTube video and fix it yourself before you even consider visiting that place.
