In Maastricht there are not many options when it comes to swimming. This one is the newest and largest (and one of the very few) public swimming pools in the city. There are different indoor swimming pools for recreational and warm water swimming, but the long-lane swimming for the public is limited to certain time-slots. When the temperature gets warm enough the outdoor swimming pool also gets open. There is a small barista-type place attached to the swimming pool, with a small playground for children.

During the summer it is very crowded and the outside pool is too small for all the people.
interesting place for kids. water is always warm, the lifeguards are very responsible, and the pool is fun. my son comes here every week during the summer vacation
