This is a fantastic yoga studio in Maastricht! The instructor is very nice and leads all of the classes in both English and Dutch. I have chronic back issues after experiencing a herniated disk in my spine and practicing hot yoga helps immensely with the pain. The infrared heating panels definitely cause you to work up a sweat, but make getting into the poses a much more enjoyable experience than just yoga in a cold room. I highly recommend hot yoga and especially this studio. The facilities are very clean and pleasant and there is ample street parking outside.

I would definitely recommend this yoga place! I especially enjoy the hot yoga, as it helps you with the poses and feels really good for/in your body. The teacher is great, with personal attention for everyone participating in her classes. Lively yoga has a really nice, easygoing and open atmoshpere. Especially if you're international and new in the city, this a great place to find some peace and grounding in Maastricht!
