VERY POOR post service. I had to go back and check next day after I left the parcel since didn't received the confirmation email with the tracking number; then after following the status of my package which was not arriving, ended up that the staff carelessly did not input properly the address despite I provided all details and confirmed it the following day when I had to pass by to get my tracking number. At least common sense from the staff would have been to make a call and confirm the address before sending it and losing my goods

Don't waste your money and go somewhere else. Their faulty printers printed a very incorrect number of copies of a document (of which I needed quite a lot of copies). I only found out that I was short the copies that I needed a day after (on which day I couldn't go back to the store) When I eventually returned, explained the situation, showed proof of purchase and payment. I was attended to very rudely and it was insinuated that I was lying since I could not show proof of the fact that I had received less copies than I had paid for (I had already used the copies by that time since it was an urgent matter). Completely unhelpful, distasteful, horrible customer service. I definitely expected better and I will surely never patronise this business again. As a note, the total of my copies cost over 100 euro...so you can understand my displeasure :(

Great service. Had to print a boarding pass and was struggling with technical issues on my phone but the man in the shop was very patient with me until we could sort it out! All for just a 0.50 job

Uitstekende service! Alles netjes gedaan, ondanks dat er een printer kapot was alles op tijd klaar! Alle drukwerk voor een belangrijke uitreiking met veel TV en pers goed verzorgd. Geen betere te vinden!

Niet té duur, handige locatie en vriendelijk personeel maar kranky eigenaar. Omgeving is niet perse corona proof, er wordt in handen geniest en vervolgens gewoon verder gewerkt (apparatuur aanraken) door personeel.
