Brought a couple of pairs of shoes. Suede shoes that needed cleaning, and a pair of sneakers that needed restoring. The suede shoes were completely ruined, the sneakers were whitened (painted) but also the metal bits on the sneaker were painted white... On top of this, we had to pay a hefty price. Have been here before for new soles, that was good work. Will never come here again.
Have repaired a lot of shoes in my life and the repair of a rip was very poorly executed and visible. Friendly service though.
