From the first meeting he was extremely friendly, patient and informative, and kept us updated frequently throughout the whole process. He listened to our requests and offered advice whenever needed. My ring turned out even better than I had imagined, he truly brought my vision to life! We can highly recommend Marcel. My fiance and I visited Marcel to design and make an engagement ring, on the recommendation of a colleague, and we were so glad we did. It is perfect. Marcel talked us through all the various options for the engagement ring, as well as wedding bands to make sure we had a complete complementary set. He sourced the perfect stones within our budget. Marcel was flexible, friendly and yet decisive, providing great advice on what would work and what would not. We felt a great sense of trust in Marcel and the final rings were exactly what we wanted. We are thrilled and cannot recommend him enough. We shopped around ring stores in Amsterdam for a weekend and noone even came close to Marcel's customer service, expertise and knowledge.
Marcel was very helpful, even if I he was very busy. The atelier looks cozy and you can see it's the workplace of somebody who is really passionate about the work he does. I would really recommend you visit him!
