Really lovely food, nice ambiance. Very business focused though. Weird location, only open on weekdays. And not exactly cheap. Still, the food is great.

My second visit here and a better experience too. Arrived mid-evening with a large group and the staff were very accommodating despite us not having a booking. The service attention and timings were a lot better than my previous visit, this could have been because they were quite busy. All of our courses were extremely well presented and no food was left over. Says it all.

Had a very pleasant lunch here at Masami. The whole place was very nicely and tastefully decored as a western fusion restaurant. Staffs are all friendly and polite, we were greeted and shown to our table right away, I don't think it's necessary to book for lunch. The lunch menu has enough choices and today we had 2x land bento, steak sandwich and bibimbap. Portions are generous and they all tastes good. The steak sandwich with kimchi is really nicely done, quite a surprise actually. The land bento was also good but the steak sauce was a little salty and udon a tad soggy. But still tastes good. Bibimbap was very nice also, normally the traditional Bibimbap has the steak sliced in really thin and short pieces, but here they give you a proper cut of meat, which is very welcome! All in all, I would highly recommended this restaurant. P.s. lunch for 4 was less than 80EUR

Super super slow. Over an hour wait for food at lunch. And we're ordered from the business lunch menu. No warning about speed or delays, my colleague had to leave after over an hour, without eating, because he had go for an afternoon meeting. Dont go for lunch unless you have the rest of the day off! Food was fine, but hard to enjoy in the short time we had to guzzle it down.

It maybe called Fusion but it's tasty dishes are definitely authentic and delicious. I loved the way the dishes were decorated too. See you again soon!

We got there at 12:35 and finally began drinking our free miso soup at 13:30. So be prepared! The main problem was there was too much salt!
