Been a customer of theirs for a few years. The store owners are always super sweet, friendly and helpful. On a few of occasions, they even talked with me for over an hour, just to make sure the products I'm getting fit my needs and desires. Great customer support! I've mainly purchased their truffles (although they have a variety of other products). The experiences I've had were quite great and memorable. Plus, the price is affordable. Overall, I'd highly recommend the place for any psychonauts out there, both beginners and experinced ones!
