I did a few paid treatments and received a letter from Mauritskliniek, saying that I didn't pay for one of the treatments and I should pay them back before a certain date. I found the receipt that says I paid by cash and Mauritskliniek just couldn't believe that I paid by cash. They kept asking me for a bank statement as a proof. How can I generate a bank statement when I paid by cash? Excuse me? It was humiliating and ridiculous. At the end they finally admitted there was a late response \Due to colleagues working from home\. No apology. I cancelled all my appointments and I will never return to this clinic.

I was very surprised with the negative reviews for this clinic. I found Dr Hoedt and Dr Van Heuven to be very professional, skilled and decent. In addition, the ultrasound, medical staff and reception staff were professional, caring and helpful. The premises was modern and clean and I found the overall experience, from start to finish, to be of a very high standard and would highly recommend it to other people. Many thanks!
They prey non-dutch speaking clients and charge them exorbitant amounts for 5 min consultations. They lure you in with a so-called \free\ consultation and hit you with an invoice like they actually helped you. I would definitely NOT recommend this clinic to anyone who values honesty and fair practice.
My girlfriend paid for treatment by cash and has got several emails asking her to confirm that she paid. We sent them a copy of an invoice that had the amount she had to pay on it, confirmation that she paid, and their signature. We have since gotten several emails asking us to send them confirmation of bank statements to prove that we paid. We paid by cash. And they want bank statements... of a cash payment. Because they don't believe we paid.
The sloppiest health care providor I have ever seen. The doctor will not call you even when you have appointment. And you need to call your GP and this clinic for thousands of times to get your medicine right. It makes you feel like, you are paying them, but begging them to prescribe the right thing. If you call their employees, they would have thousands of statements which make you feel like they are lieing all the time. NOT recommended!
worst clinic i've ever gone to - poor consultant from the doctor and worst customer service. didnt even get to talk to the derm for a whole 5 minutes before she rushed me out and prior to my appointment I was told twice that first consultancy is always free. they forgot to mention that this is only free only once you have reached the own risk. Now im left with a 135euro bill for a first appointment that did not even last 5 minutes. do not ever go to this clinic unless you're someone who likes to be scammed. if you have been recommended by friends or people on facebook do not listen to them and look somewhere else.

I went with my child twice to the clinic. Later on I got per post a reminder about an invoice (rather than the invoice itself) so I called to the clinic and was promised to receive the invoice itself. I did not receive such an invoice but instead I received a letter from a debt collector (incasso) and still no invoice. I suspect they overcharged me in the original invoice and simply try to prevent me from seeing what is the invoice exactly about. In short: I do not trust this clinic in every possible aspect.
