Something like 2 months ago I bought from this store an IQOS device. The Device was defective and went back to the supposedly IQOS support store to replace it. I’ve been instructed to call the IQOS Care service myself and receive the required code for the store to proceed with the change and that’s what I did. Went back to the store and handover the codes. The employee told me they will receive the replacement unit within a day , max two. Went back again after 2 days and informed nothing has arrived from IQOS. I’ve been asked from the store to visit them again 2 days later . 2 days later I called them and been told nothing was yet received from IQOS and that I had to call them again myself and asked them to deliver the new device in my house this time. Called IQOS and the customer care employee told me the store had the inventory to swap my device and didn’t have to wait to receive a device from IQOS. All in all, 5 days back and forth to this store for no reason and clearly no intentions from the store for a proper customer service; something that it was obvious from day one looking at the way I’ve been treated as a customer. Not recommended on anything that has to do with IQOS in terms of service even again as per IQOS care this store suppose to be an official IQOS support store.

terrible costumer service. we came in and they had us RUSH to go and pick an item and get out so more people could go in, bare in mind we had been inside for a solid two minutes and there was no one waiting outside. I agree with it being rude during corona to go in with a lil group while only one person is purchasing, but to tell 3 people who are all purchasing something separately that only one of them is allowed in is both stupid and just incredibly rude. will not be returning.
