This shop is also renting small motorboats for the day. You do not need a permit. We did a half day trip to the nice little town of Veere with our two young children. Passing the sluice was a highlight for the whole family. The staff at the shop speaks English and was very friendly. I would recommend to go for the whole day since the way from the canal to the lake takes more than an hour each way.

Vandaag een sloep gehuurd en zeer netjes mee omgegaan. Bij terug komst werd er 25 euro van de borg ingehouden omdat er wat verf van de schroef af was. Totale oplichting en hier huur ik nooit meer wat, werden gewoon uitgelachen daar. OPLICHTERS

Hier hebben wij voor een gehele dag een sloep gehuurd. Was voor driekwart van de tijd helemaal in orde, maar op de terugtocht begaf de motor het. Vervelend, maar kan gebeuren. Vanuit Zeeland Boten verder geen compensatie o.i.d.
