We just had a great service. They booked us in on a neighbourhood discount plan. Arranging an appointment was easy. They said 3-5. The technician (Remco) arrived bang on 3. Finished in less than an hour. The technician spoke English (our preferred language) and helped explain to us what he was doing and how to maintain our system. Would recommend.
