Mindfulness course with Cecile has taught me many things, but what had by far the biggest impact on me was learning how to meditate, how to stay present and be aware of here and now. Living most of my life in my head, in the past or in the future, has made me feel anxious about a lot of things and I was almost unable to fully relax and enjoy life as it is. By learning how to be present and aware of here and now, I have been throughout the duration of the training slowly but steadily becoming a calmer and a happier person. I have learnt that if you take good care of the present, then the present will take care of later. Life-changing! I also saw positive changes when meditating on a day when I was sleep deprived and extremely irritated. After this 40-minute meditation I “woke up” as a new, well-rested and kinder person with a clearer head than the person 40 minutes earlier. Astonishing! All in all, mindfulness based stress reduction training with Cecile has been a highly transformative and a healing experience. I would recommend it to everyone as it is the best investment into yourself and your family you can ever make.

I met Cecil as a Yin yoga teacher. Every time when I was on a yoga mat in her class, I felt great relief from work stress. I was going through a difficult time, asked her for an advice and she recommend me her Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction training. I took her advice and followed her MBSR training in 2015. Indeed the course helped me so much. I have learned not only how to cope with stress but also how to enjoy the present moment, now. I did the training in a group of 8 people in the age range from 20s to 70s with all different issues and motivations. Her training was so easy to follow and she paid attention to each individual in the group. I highly recomend Cecil's MBSR training. Thank you Cecil.

Cecile is een hele goede mindfulnesscoach. Ik kende haar al van haar fijne yin yoga lessen in Amsterdam. Ik heb contact opgenomen met Cecile nadat mijn 5-jarige relatie was verbroken zodat ik hier beter mee om kon gaan. Dankzij haar fantastische sessies is dit zeker gelukt. Cecile is een ervaren en heel prettige mindfulness-trainer. Ik heb de 8 weekse mindfulness training bij haar gevolgd. De training is erg goed opgebouwd en leert je bewust te zijn van jouw automatische piloot. Het is een intensieve en zeer leerzame training bestaande uit 8 groepssessies, mogelijkheid tot een stiltedag, een werkboek vol inspiratie en vele oefeningen voor thuis met audiotracks. Cecile straalt heel veel rust uit en heeft in de groep veel aandacht voor elk individu. Ik raad de training aan aan iedereen die altijd maar doorrent in het leven en wil leren bewuster te leven. Je leert uit je dagelijkse routine te stappen en meer te handelen vanuit rust.
