(Japan) and Caterpillar Industrial Inc. (USA). Our mother company Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Co., Ltd. (MN) was launched on 1 April 2013. The integration of the MHI and Nichiyu forklift trucks operations created a flexible, resilient business structure, which makes it possible to respond appropriately in this rapidly changing market. MN is today, after the acquisition and integration of UniCarriers Corporation in January 2017, Mitsubishi Logisnext Co., Ltd. The company's head office is located in Nagaokakyo City in the Kyoto Prefecture in Japan. At the end of 2008 MCFE acquired ownership of Rocla Oy, a Finnish company which had already been established in 1942 and which specialises in the design, production and sale of warehouse trucks and AGVs. This acquisition was designed to extend its range of products, to improve the provision of service to forklift truck buyers, and to expand so as to become an important player in the global truck segment. MCFE’s European headquarter is based in Almere, the Netherlands. Sales and distribution offices are located in Finland, Denmark, Russia, France, Germany and Dubai. The production facility is located in Finland.
