Called to see about getting the USB port on my Samsung S5 replaced, the guy said that 99.5% of the time the screen gets cracked replacing it so I should just pay for that too... 189 for the screen and 49 for the USB port. I'll go somewhere else where the technicians won't damage the phone wile trying to repair it.

I was a tourist with a broken phone, the guy got the dust out of my charger port for free making my charger work and meant I could find my way around Europe without costing an arm and a leg. Thank you guys!
