NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! I know someone who sent a huge amount to the Philippines recently. The employee in MoneyTrans said their printer is broken so they did not provide a receipt. The person I know took a picture of the transaction in the computer instead. When her parents are about to claim it, all of the remittance center they went to said that they can't find the transaction number. The person I know went back to MoneyTrans and complained. The employee was rude at her. They said the money was already which is very impossible because the transaction code can't even be found!
