What a great shop and franchise! Their customer service is great! Even though the stores are closed they take extra effort to deal with any problems and they follow up with you throughout the entire process. This is really a great place. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful at the store, bad service online, very hard to reach by phone. Messed up the order two times, leading to a 2 week delivery instead of 2-4 days as promised

Good shop. Went there for boots size 45. The available boots were 180 and you had to look for them in a rather unstructured 'shelve space'. Took a bit before i got some help, but once I got help it was professional, direct, honest and fast. The rest of the shop looked very organised and the variety seemed large.
